Our goal is safe, fun, and active play for all children. Please review and follow these rules at all times.

  1. Waiver MUST be signed before entering the playground.

  2. Adult supervision is required at all times.

  3. The toddler area is designed for kids age 3 and under.

  4. No food, gum, or drinks are permitted on the play structure.

  5. Grip socks are required for kids and must be worn at all times. Adults must wear socks if they are playing on the playground. (Grip socks are available to purchase for $2.50)

  6. No alcohol allowed on premises.

  7. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the playground.

  8. Please remove shoes, jewelry, sharp objects, and loose items from pockets before entering the playground.

  9. We encourage long hair to be tied up before entering. 

  10. No pushing, shoving, wrestling, rough play, or bullying is allowed.

  11. No climbing on the netting inside or outside of the playground.

  12. Children who are sick or showing symptoms (fever, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, persistent cough, or contagious illness) may not play.

  13. No littering on the equipment or in the facility.

  14. No participants with physical impairment back, neck, knee, or joint injuries, heart conditions, respiratory problems, pregnancy, or broken or sprained bones will be allowed onto the playing areas.

  15. Please be considerate of other guests in and around the playing area. 

  16. Management is not responsible for your child's safety or any injury that may result from inappropriate use of equipment.

Xplorerz Outpost has the Right to Refuse Service

If rules are not followed or if behaviour is unsafe and disruptive, Xplorerz Outpost has the right to end playtime, remove guests, and decline future bookings.
